Adverse events and long-term outcomes

Adverse events
Adverse-event rows appear by selected intervention when the source data includes a safety table.
Long-term outcomes
Long-term clinical outcomes appear separately from BP forecast rows so they can be reviewed without crowding the plan.
Inline safety stays inline
Urgent caveats still remain in the planner, such as potassium/kidney cautions or options the engine refuses to model.
How this page fits the planner
BP forecast stays on the planner
The modeled plan estimates the blood-pressure change expected by the AME date. That estimate and its article links remain on the forecast rows.
Same data, full-width
These are the adverse-event reports, withdrawals, severity labels, and longer-term outcome signals from the planner's Safety and outcomes tab, shown here with more room to read.
No clearance labels
Outcome and adverse-event tables are context for clinician discussion. They are not FAA findings, medical advice, or approval decisions.
Time windows matter
Some interventions have different effects during exposure, shortly after exposure, and after weeks or months. The planner keeps acute safety concerns visible when they could matter, while durable BP estimates stay in the forecast workflow.
During exposure
Safety physiology, not a chronic BP-lowering estimate.
Post exposure
Short-term response after a session or dose.
Sustained
Repeated-use or follow-up effects most relevant to exam-date planning.
Interpreting safety and outcome rows
An adverse-event table or long-term outcome row may not transport perfectly to every pilot. Review who was studied, baseline BP, medication status, clinical conditions, and whether the signal was acute, sustained, observational, or randomized before acting on it.
Before acting on a modeled plan, check:
- • Is an adverse-event table available?
- • Were withdrawals reported?
- • Is the outcome long-term or acute?
- • Was the population similar to you?
- • Were medications stable or changing?
- • Was the intervention standalone or bundled?
Current product boundary
The planner currently shows a compact safety snapshot in the workflow and study/article links inside modeled intervention rows. This page is only for fuller adverse-event and long-term-outcome tables, without crowding the planner.
